Creating Email Aliases
AliasesAdditional email addresses can be assigned to a user via the field "Alias". Use this configuration section to administer new email aliases which are linked to one or more system users, shared mailboxes, or external email addresses.

For example: Create a generic email address to pool targeted responses to your sales department (sales@domain.xx), a specific user (Mary@domain.xx) or a support email address(support@domain.xx).
