Migrate Sessions between OX Servers in a cluster

Since Open-Xchange Server 6 SP4, active user sessions can be migrated from one OX Server to another within a cluster of OX servers.
That way it is possible to shut down one server e.g. for maintenance reasons without users being kicked off their OX sessions.
