Competence meets demandOn Thursday October 8th, 2009 the Open-Xchange community met for the first time with great success -- to discuss, entertain ideas, exchange experiences and to increase their know-how. More than 120 participants attended at the Executive Lounge at the Rhein Energie Stadion.
Partnerships and networks develop & expand
SaaS providers, ISVs, VARs and system integrators learned about strategies to benefit from a growing market of more than 10 million Open-Xchange users. Cologne was a great place to refresh existing contacts or to expand networks of people surrounding the Open-Xchange product family.
Experts on handAll attendees used this opportunity for discussions and feedback with the Open-Xchange executives and experts, as well as partners exhibiting. The Tech Workshop was an all-out success with 55 participants, as well. Open Data CloudOne presentation should be mentioned, in particular: Rafael Laguna, CEO of Open-Xchange, did a talk about the upcoming Open-Xchange 6.14 release, which developed into a "tour-de-force" about what groupware can do today and should be capable of in the future considering social data and its potential.
