It is now impossible to imagine the University Hospital of Cologne without e-mail. With the upgrade to Open-Xchange Server 6, the hospital staff can now use the latest groupware functions, as well as the AJAX-based web client.  

An innovative technological solution designed and implemented by Consultoria Net, Peru used open source software developed by Open-Xchange, to give employees at the Ministerio de Trabajo and the Government Institution of Community Defense easier access to e-mail, files and Web services.  

With over 300 employees, the Max-Planck Institute for Biophysics studies the structure and functionality of biological molecules. Only a very detailed understanding of molecular mechanisms allows researches to uncover the causes of individual diseases, like diabetes.
